Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our B2B travel ecosystem. By accessing LuxeTravel, you agree to be bound by these professional standards.

Intermediary Disclosure

This platform acts as a premium intermediary between users and global service providers. By using this, you acknowledge that core travel services (Flights, Hotels, etc.) are fulfilled by our verified third-party partners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the TravelFlow B2B Platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. B2B Agents must be validly registered businesses with the necessary travel licenses required in their jurisdiction of operation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account, including bookings made by your sub-users or employees, is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and the specific terms of the Third-Party Service Provider (Airlines, Hotels, etc.). Full payment must be settled at the time of booking via the Wallet System or integrated Payment Gateways. Bookings are not confirmed until a PNR or Voucher is generated.

5. Pricing and Markup Policy

The Platform provides "Net Rates" or "Base Fares." Agents are permitted to apply a "Markup" at their discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the final price charged to your customer complies with local pricing regulations and transparency laws.

6. B2B Agent Responsibilities

  • Agents must provide accurate passenger information (names as per Passport/ID).
  • Agents are responsible for informing their customers about visa requirements, travel insurance, and baggage policies.
  • Agents must not engage in "Screen Scraping" or automated data collection.

7. Commission and Wallet System

The Wallet serves as a pre-paid account for bookings. Commissions earned are credited to the wallet or settled as per the agreed cycle. Wallet balances do not accrue interest and are not transferable to other entities.

8. Withdrawal and Settlement Policy

Withdrawal of "Commission Earnings" or "Refundable Balances" is subject to verification. TravelFlow reserves the right to withhold funds if there is a pending investigation into fraudulent activity or disputed chargebacks.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by the Service Provider’s policy. TravelFlow may charge a nominal administrative fee in addition to the provider's cancellation charges. Refunds will only be processed after the amount is received from the respective Airline/Hotel/Operator.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

TravelFlow acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the quality of service, delays, or cancellations by third parties. Your contract for the actual travel service is with the Provider (e.g., Indigo, Marriott, IRCTC).

11. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the platform for: (a) Money laundering; (b) Creating fake bookings to block inventory; (c) Reselling access to the B2B panel to unauthorized third parties; (d) Any activity that bypasses our security protocols.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform’s code, design, and branding are the exclusive property of TravelFlow. White-label users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the interface for business operations only.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TravelFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total commission earned by us on that specific transaction.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "As Is" and "As Available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided by third-party suppliers is 100% accurate at all times.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelFlow from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or any disputes between you and your end-customers.

16. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if: (a) You breach these terms; (b) You engage in fraudulent activity; (c) You fail to maintain a minimum required wallet balance if applicable.

17. Data Protection Reference

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may process personal data of passengers provided by you in accordance with GDPR or local data protection laws.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of the Company's headquarters.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

20. Changes to Terms

TravelFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
